We’ve been overwhelmed by the response so far with heaps of sign-ups (capacity is 15000 though so we haven’t reached that number yet!). We’d really love to see you if you can make it! There will be free packs of Go Bites flying around too 🙂
Go Faster Food’s nutritionist, personal trainer and all-round dynamo Sophie Heath will be hosting the heart-pumping 30 minute HIIT workout followed by Go Faster Food Founder (and energy balls expert!) Kate Percy stepping in to teach you how to make your own delicious energy balls while you cool down. All in 60 minutes.
This event is part of the 2018 Bristol Food Connections festival – a citywide celebration of the fantastic, varied and delicious food culture in our city. It runs from 11th – 17th June, and shines a light on the diverse people, businesses and organisations that make Bristol city’s food culture so incredible.
So if you’re Bristol based, head straight from work to Millennium Square on Wednesday June 13th for an energy-fuelled power hour! It’s free but you need to book a space through the following link:
