Team Kate and the Commando Challenge

Team Kate and the Commando Challenge

This October the Go Faster team #GOFUELWITHBALLS got well and truly dipped, taking on the Royal Marine’s Commando Challenge in aid of the Royal Marine’s Charity and Devon Air Ambulance. We’ve been supporting the Royal Marines Charity for some time now as healthy eating partner, and needless to say, as part of this, each runner received a well-earned pack of GO BITES at the end of the run. Just what they needed to put them on the path to recovery.

One word sums the day up – AWESOME! 🙂 A hilly 10k off road run, with the added test of the marine’s assault course – tunnels, streams, crawling through mud and off course, the infamous sheep dip. To be recommended to anyone who wants to push themselves just that little bit further … and who doesn’t mind getting caked in thick mud. We’ll be doing it again next year, so if you fancy joining our team please send me us email (to [email protected]) register your interest and we’ll get in touch nearer the time.

Well done team! A great day out … and for an extremely good cause.

GO BITES ARE GO! We’re off …

WELL AND TRULY DIPPED! Well, at least the Sheep Dip washed off the mud …
VICTORY! A good effort all round I’d say 🙂 Although I can’t believe Alex (far left) isn’t muddier having forward rolled through every bog he could find …
RELISHING THE RECOVERY 🙂
